"Logan" Review
"Logan"
Spoilers Ahead
This week I will be reviewing "Logan"
Directed by James Mangold. Story by James Mangold and David James Kelly. Music by Marco Beltrami. Starring Hugh Jackman as James "Logan" Howlett, Sir Patrick Stewart as Professor Xavier, Boyd Holbrook as Donald Pierce, Stephen Merchant as Caliban, Dafne Keen as Laura Kinney/ X-23 and Richard E. Grant as Zander Rice.
The story of Logan takes place in the X-Men Universe in the year 2029, it follows Logan and Professor Xavier in a world where mutants are on the brink of extinction and a single new mutant hasn't been born in over 25 years. Professor Xavier and Logan live with a mutant tracker named Caliban. Logan and Caliban take care of the Professor whose suffering from Alzheimer Disease has lead him to be unable to control his own powers. The Trio discover an escaped mutant named Laura and attempt to help her travel across the United States to a mutant safe haven.
Logan was an amazing movie I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who hasn't seen to go and watch it. The story was top notch the characters were extremely well done, the Performances by Hugh Jackman and Sir Patrick Stewart were amazing they both did there characters spectacularly, Richard Merchant played Caliban extremely well I really enjoyed his character. There was never a moment during this movie that I was bored, I was engrossed in the whole film.

"Movie Blog" Review
"Movie blog Review"
In my pursuit of the perfect movie blog (I know how could there be one better than mine) although seemingly fruitless venture I did come across quite a few spectacular movie reviewers and reviews and some not so spectacular movie reviewers and reviews. Me being a connoisseur of film and a reviewer myself was extremely critical of the films being reviewed and how the reviews were being written I struggled with the choice of which blog of which to choose for some time. Initially I thought I would choose the easy way and pick some big well known site to review, however I quickly became disillusioned with the idea when I saw what films were being reviewed on most of these large sites, I decided to dig deep and browse until I found one that adequately met my standards.
Luckily I found a blog with a spectacular set of movies and a pretty good style The History place is a movie review blog that primarily reviews Historical or Politically themed movies. The History place is an extremely simplistic blog with a list of movies, many of these movies like "Inglorious Basterds" were ones I really enjoyable. The blog doesn't really have many special features but it is formatted in an easily navigable way. The reviews are well written on goods films I would say that The History place is a pretty good blog.
